5/11

I feel so good about this past week!!

Tues: 3
Th: 4
Sat: 3
Sun: 6

And the 6 felt really good!! My first time carrying a water bottle and following some advice I was given, stopped at mile 2 and 4 for 30 seconds to drink. I think this made SUCH a difference in my run. Felt like I could have run 1 or 2 more miles even! Next week I think my long run is 7 or 8.....yikes!
